The Investment
We are seeking pre-ICO anchor investors.
We have already sold 100M GromaCoins to 1000+ investors. We are now raising $150M to reach $500M of real estate assets ahead of our global ICO.
Our raise is broken into two halves, half from non-accredited investors, to build the holder base, and half from anchor investors, to build institutional scale.
Anchor investors are asked to commit $5M to GromaCoin and hold through launch, receiving competitive real estate returns onchain with further upside as our public launch unlocks global demand.
Anchor investors also receive the option to invest in GromaCorp, the operator of GromaCoin, already backed by Valor, F-Prime, CIV and more.
